1. What makes Fairfax District products different?

Every item is treated as art—handcrafted, thoughtfully curated, and inspired by cultures from around the world. Our candles, soaps, body butters, clothing, and stationery are designed with care, creativity, and intention, ensuring each piece is unique and of the highest quality.

2. How are your candles made?

All Fairfax District candles are hand-poured using a premium apricot-coconut wax blend. They are clean, soy-free, and carefully formulated to burn evenly while delivering layered, sophisticated fragrances.

3. Are your candles safe for all burners?

Our 10 oz candles are not recommended for use in candle burners that melt only from the bottom. Additionally, do not use Fairfax District candles with candle warmers. Always burn candles on a heat-resistant surface and never leave them unattended.

4. How long should I burn my candles?

For optimal performance, burn each candle for up to 4 hours at a time. Each 10 oz candle provides approximately 50 hours of total burn time.

5. Will the color of my candle or product match the photos exactly?

Due to lighting, screen settings, and the handmade nature of each product, actual colors may vary slightly from product photos.

6. Can I return or exchange products?

Returns or exchanges are accepted for most items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging. Soaps are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Damaged or defective items should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

7. How are your cards and stationery made?

Our cards are handmade and folded, printed on premium, textured cardstock, and paired with handmade envelopes. Every card is designed to be a keepsake, celebrating meaningful moments with elevated style.

8. How long will my order take to ship?

All orders are carefully processed and typically ship within 3–5 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on location.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Fairfax District ships within the U.S. only.
